Excellent training at Scheuch
The graduates of the Scheuch Excellence training programme celebrated their graduation at LIMAK Linz.
On 22 June, 14 Scheuch employees had a reason to celebrate. They were presented with their certificates for completing the Excellence training programme, which Scheuch ran together with the LIMAK Austrian Business School, at a ceremony. Over the course of three semesters, the programme combined scientific and business know-how with practical applications at Scheuch. But that's not all: many of the participants in the management training programme are now taking the opportunity to acquire even more knowledge and are continuing their education on their own initiative up to the "Master of Business Administration (MBA)". Students can choose a specialisation topic from LIMAK's open programme. The unique thing about this is that anyone with the relevant professional experience can join the programme - graduates can also complete the postgraduate course with an apprenticeship or school-leaving certificate.
"Corporate success requires well-trained employees. They are our most valuable asset. It is not enough to rely on existing knowledge, but to constantly look for new approaches to processes and enable further training. In this way, we show our employees appreciation, increase motivation and satisfaction and promote untapped potential," says Stefan Scheuch, CEO.
Stefan Kronberger, Sales Manager: "With the Excellence Programme at Scheuch, I was able to complete tailor-made training alongside my job, which will support me in my further professional challenges with practical qualifications. I am now taking the opportunity to complete the MBA, even as a non-academic. By completing the programme, I have already achieved 70 percent of the MBA, and now I am taking responsibility for the last 30 percent."
Sebastian Purer, Team Leader Project Management: "The training programme was very intensive and instructive. The learning journeys in outstanding companies such as voestalpine Stahl GmbH with its new business incubator and the topics of digitalisation, agility and innovation were particularly exciting."
"The first interested employees have mastered the Excellence Programme excellently. In 2024/25, we expect to launch a new programme in order to promote further commitment from our own ranks and fill key positions professionally," says Michaela Endl, Director Human Resources.
