New approaches in Apprenticeship Training in collaboration with AGS Engineering
Starting in mid-October 2023, we are launching a new dimension in apprenticeship training. Apprentices in metal technology and mechatronics from AGS, as well as apprentices from Scheuch in electrical engineering professions, will have the opportunity to complete part of their training at the other company.
During their apprenticeship, AGS apprentices will regularly visit the Scheuch training center "Stage blue." Here, they will have access to enhanced opportunities in metalworking and can further improve their practical skills in this field. Scheuch offers a wide range of metalworking machines, allowing apprentices to thoroughly learn tasks such as turning, milling, bending, and folding. AGS Engineering, a specialist in digital solutions for industrial environments, complements this cooperation project. Scheuch apprentices in electrical systems and operations technology, as well as mechatronics, will gain deeper insights into programming and digital innovations at AGS Engineering. The digitization experts emphasize that apprentices work independently on projects, with support from AGS specialists.
We are convinced that this partnership will lay the foundation for a promising future in training and the working world. Together, we create synergies that enable apprentices from both companies to develop into specialists who not only excel in their own fields but also possess the ability to think and work across disciplines.
